Обов’язки:

  • Пошук і залучення нових клієнтів (забудовники, готелі, спортивні комплекси, B2B та B2G)
  • Проведення переговорів і презентацій
  • Підготовка комерційних пропозицій
  • Повний супровід клієнта від першого контакту до підписання договору
  • Виконання індивідуального плану продажів

Вимоги:

  • Досвід активних продажів від 1 року буде перевагою
  • Вміння вести переговори та працювати з запереченнями
  • Бажана наявність власного автомобіля та водійського посвідчення
  • Готовність до відряджень по Україні
  • Ініціативність, відповідальність, орієнтація на результат

Умови:

  • Графік 5/2, 9:00–18:00
  • Відрядження по території України
  • Ставка + відсоток від продажів (без верхньої межі)

Frequently asked questions

Is experience specifically in pool construction required?

Not necessarily. Experience in related fields will be a great advantage:
- For an installer - installation, construction, or plumbing work.
- For an electrician - at least 1 year of experience as an electrician.
- For a sales manager - experience in active B2B sales (preferably in construction or equipment).
- For a warehouse worker - experience in a warehouse will be a plus, but not required.

What are the working hours and social benefits?

- Installers and electricians: rotational work (shift duration depends on the project).
- Sales Manager: 5/2, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, office in Kyiv.
- Warehouse worker: 5/2, Monday–Friday.
The company officially employs, provides all necessary tools, workwear, materials, and ensures accommodation during business trips.
