The pool market is about responsibility for water, human health, and long-term operational quality. This is the approach that the company "Window to the Water World" has been using for almost 30 years – one of those who actually shaped this industry in Ukraine.

Having evolved from a small workshop into a stable international company, we didn't just grow in scale; we set the standard for what the market should be: systematic, professional, and results-oriented.

How it all began

The company's story began with a man who viewed swimming pools not as objects, but as living organisms.

In 2000, in Uzhhorod, Istvan Kokhan founded LLC "Well" — the first company on the Ukrainian market to systematically work with swimming pools. Already in 2003, due to expanding activities, the business moved to Kyiv, where it began to scale and encompass significantly larger projects.

Over time, this grew into a group of companies, with each direction responsible for its part of the large ecosystem:
— production and supply of equipment
— design and construction
— service maintenance
— IT solutions for aquatic and entertainment complexes

Thus, a structure emerged that today allows for closing the full cycle — from idea to stable operation of the facility.

Our Mission

Our mission is not just to build, but to provide comprehensive solutions in the field of swimming pool construction and maintenance, while developing operational standards both in Ukraine and internationally. For us, it is important not only to create a facility but to ensure its proper and safe operation for years to come.

In our work, there are no random decisions.

We implement innovative technologies in swimming pool construction and maintenance because the market is constantly changing, and standing still means falling behind. We guarantee water quality and swimming safety, as this is a basic responsibility to the client.

In our work, we focus on international standards, particularly those of the Pool & Hot Tub Alliance, which allows us to maintain a high level regardless of the project scale. At the same time, we actively implement eco-friendly solutions, understanding the impact of our activities on the environment.

Full cycle of work: from idea to maintenance

Today, the company operates in all key areas of the industry.

We are engaged in the design, construction, and maintenance of swimming pools, conduct comprehensive audits of facilities and water parks, have experience in creating eco-pools and bio-pools, and provide engineering and technical support for complex aquatic complexes.

A separate area is the sale and service of equipment — from filtration and disinfection systems to pumps, heating, dehumidification, and entertainment elements such as slides, waterfalls, or counter-currents.

We produce a full line of swimming pool chemicals that have proven themselves excellent both in Ukraine and abroad. The assortment includes:

Disinfectants (chlorine and chlorine-free)
pH regulators (increase/decrease)
Algaecides (against algae)
Flocculants (water clarifiers)
Kits for launching and winterizing the pool

All chemicals used in our production undergo rigorous checks, becausefor us, quality is not a marketing promise. All products comply with international standards, are manufactured according to technical specifications, and undergo raw material control and final inspection before shipment.

International experience and partnerships

The company has built partnerships with 46 foreign manufacturers, and is the official representative in Ukraine for 13 of them.

This means access to modern technologies, proven solutions, and global practices that we adapt to the local market. We constantly participate in international exhibitions and conferences not just to follow trends, but to implement them in our work.

Investment in education

One of the company's key directions is investing in the development of specialists.

We not only build and maintain swimming pools, but alsoeducate the market. Specialist training is conducted under the international National Swimming Pool Foundation (CPO®) program, which allows for the formation of a new level of professionals in the industry.

With our educational mission, we are actively present on social media, and the "Window to the Water Universe" YouTube channel has the largest audience, offering hours of useful and completely free Ukrainian-language content about pools and their maintenance.

Until 2025, the company published a quarterly professional print magazine about pools "The Aqua Space", and in 2026, the world will finally see the first printed book of entirely Ukrainian production about pools – "The Art of Pool Care" by I.S. Kohan.

Social responsibility

We actively participate in charitable activities and help those who need it most.

The company participated in the reconstruction of a rehabilitation pool and also provides chemical supplies free of charge to facilities used for military rehabilitation. We regularly respond to requests for assistance from military units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, understanding how important this support is.

We also conduct charitable initiatives for children of internally displaced persons, trying to give them not only help but also normal childhood emotions and memories.

A separate key direction is swimming instruction. We organize and conduct the Open World Swimming Lesson, during which we introduce children to the basics of safe behavior in the water. Because the ability to swim is not about sports, but about a basic skill that saves lives.

This is part of our responsibility as a company that works with water, people, and trust.

Over the years, we have implemented hundreds of projects throughout Ukraine – from private pools to large commercial facilities and resorts. Among the well-known cases are Jurassic Park and Pier 39 in Kyiv, VODA CLUB and Fomich Resort in Bukovel, as well as recently completed projects that have already received international recognition and awards:

Rikka Khust Thermal Resort– three times honored at the Pool & Hot Tub Alliance International Awards of Excellence: bronze in 2023 and two silvers in 2025.

Apartel Skhidnytsya Wellness Resort– silver Pool & Hot Tub Alliance International Awards of Excellence 2025.

Emily Resort– gold Pool & Hot Tub Alliance International Awards of Excellence 2023.

These projects are an example of how Ukrainian facilities can meet international standards and gain recognition at the global level.
