Who we are

"Window to the Water Universe" is one of the companies that shaped the swimming pool market in Ukraine.

For over 30 years, we have worked with water as a system where not only aesthetics are important, but also safety, stability, and long-term results.

We have grown from a small workshop into an international company, retaining the most important aspects: an engineering approach, responsibility for water quality, and a focus on real results for the client.

How It All Began

The company's history began in 2000 in Uzhhorod, when Istvan Kokhan founded Well LLC – one of the first companies in Ukraine to systematically work with swimming pools.

In 2003, the company moved to Kyiv, which allowed it to scale its operations and work on larger projects.

Over time, the business grew into a group of companies, with each department responsible for a separate area: from equipment manufacturing and supply to construction, service, and IT solutions.

This formed a system that today allows for covering the full cycle – from concept to stable operation of the facility.

Our mission is to create comprehensive solutions in the field of pool construction and maintenance, fostering a culture of proper water use.

We operate on the principles of:

We produce a full line of swimming pool chemicals used both in Ukraine and abroad.

Each product undergoes multi-stage quality control — from raw material inspection to final testing before shipment.

All products comply with international standards and are confirmed by:
— sanitary and epidemiological certificates
— state registration
— safety data sheets
— laboratory test protocols

International Experience

We cooperate with 46 foreign manufacturers and are the official representative of 13 of them in Ukraine.

This provides access to modern technologies and allows for the implementation of global practices in local projects.

We regularly participate in international exhibitions and conferences to stay on par with global industry standards.

Investment in Education

We are actively developing the direction of training and professional development.

We work according to the international program of the National Swimming Pool Foundation (CPO®), forming a new level of professionals in the industry.

Our YouTube channel is the largest Ukrainian-language resource about pools and their maintenance, and we also create our own educational materials, including professional publications.

Social Responsibility

We support social and charitable initiatives, helping rehabilitation facilities and military units.

We participate in recovery projects, provide facilities with necessary resources, and support children who require special attention.

A separate area of focus is teaching swimming and promoting safe behavior in water – as this is a basic life-saving skill.

Implemented Projects

We have completed hundreds of projects throughout Ukraine — from private pools to large-scale resort complexes.

These include facilities that have received international awards from the Pool & Hot Tub Alliance International Awards of Excellence, including projects in Bukovel, Skhidnytsia, and Kyiv.

This is an example of how Ukrainian solutions can meet global standards.

A swimming pool in the heart of Kyiv's VDNH, built as a portable LEGO-style structure with 100% capacity each season.

VODA club

A unique aquatic complex in Bukovel with a warm swimming pool and hydromassage baths, as well as the only pontoon pool in Ukraine, located in the middle of a lake.
