Original Behncke 6-position side mount valve, designed specifically for Cristall D400, D500, and D600 series filters. The threaded top connection guarantees a reliable and sealed connection to the filter.

6 operating modes:

Filter — standard filtration for daily use and vacuuming the pool.
Backwash — cleaning the sand layer from accumulated contaminants to restore filter performance.
Rinse — rinsing the valve after backwash before returning to filter mode.
Waste — diverting water past the filter directly into the sewage system.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will this valve fit filters from other manufacturers?

The valve is designed specifically for Behncke Cristall D400, D500, and D600 filters. For compatibility with filters from other manufacturers, we recommend checking the connection diameter of 1 1/2" (50 mm), connection type (threaded), and connection location (top).

Can I install a valve myself?

Yes. The threaded connection allows the valve to be replaced without special tools. It is recommended to use plumbing sealant or PTFE tape to ensure the tightness of the threaded connection.

How do you know when a valve needs to be replaced?

Key signs: water leakage at the connection point or between positions, stiff or unclear mode switching, visible cracks on the body or handle. Timely replacement of the valve prevents more serious damage to the pumping system.
