Frequently Asked Questions

What does a "drop-down" rope holder mean?

The hinged design allows for easy removal and installation of the lane line — simply flip the movable part of the holder and detach the rope. This is significantly more convenient than stationary fixings when setting up and removing lane lines daily in sports pools.

Which material option to choose — AISI 304 or AISI 316L?

AISI 304 is suitable for most standard chlorinated pools and is a more affordable option. AISI 316L with molybdenum is recommended for saltwater pools, high-traffic commercial facilities, or those with increased chemical concentrations – where maximum corrosion resistance is required.

When is the rope holder installed – during construction or later?

Rope anchors are anchor fasteners — they are embedded directly into the pool shell during construction. Installation in a finished pool is impossible without dismantling the liner. Therefore, it is important to plan the number and locations of rope anchors during the design phase.
