Frequently Asked Questions

How does this solution differ from a similar one with a volume of 65 ml?

The fundamental difference is only in volume - 70 ml versus 65 ml. The pH 7.0 solution in the 70 ml bottle is the original calibration fluid for Injecta dispensers (article 9900102002) and is suitable for Elite PR, Elite PRC, and HELIOS series stations. The 65 ml bottle is intended for CCEI equipment. The function and accuracy of both solutions are identical.

How often should I calibrate the pH electrode?

It is recommended to calibrate the electrode once every 2–4 weeks, depending on the intensity of pool usage. Calibration is also necessary after replacing the electrode, a long break in operation, or when there are noticeable deviations in readings from the actual pH level of the water.

How to properly store an opened bottle?

After use, tightly close the cap and store in a dry, cool place at a temperature not exceeding +25°C, away from direct sunlight. Do not return used solution to the bottle - this may contaminate the remaining solution and reduce the accuracy of subsequent calibrations.
