Griffon HBS-200 Liquid Rubber is a professional water-based liquid rubber coating for reliable waterproofing and airtightness of a wide range of surfaces. Suitable for swimming pools, bathrooms, balconies, roofs, basements, and other wet areas for both interior and exterior use.

Advantages

• resistant to salt, chemicals, UV radiation, and all weather conditions;
• excellent adhesion to concrete, metal, stone, wood, bitumen, zinc, PVC, EPDM;

• service life of at least 20 years (tested according to EN 1297);
• can be painted after complete drying.

Application

• use only at temperatures from +5°C;
• the surface must be dry, clean, and free of dust and grease;
• mix manually until a uniform color (do not use an electric mixer);
• apply with a brush, roller, or airless sprayer in several layers;
• allow each layer to dry completely before applying the next;
• for joints and cracks, reinforce with GRIFFON HBS-200 geotextile into the wet layer of the coating;
• store tightly closed in a dry, cool place at +5°C to +25°C.
