The ULTRA-A7-PAK4 is designed for the CCP520 filter and features a larger cartridge – 178×813 mm compared to the ULTRA-A6-PAK4 for the CCP420 which is 178×660 mm. How often do I need to replace the cartridges?

It is recommended to replace cartridges every 1–3 seasons, depending on the intensity of pool use and the level of contamination. If, after thorough rinsing, the pressure in the filter still increases faster than before, this indicates that the cartridges are worn out and need to be replaced.
Can cartridges be washed and reused?

Yes. Cartridges are rinsed with a garden hose when the pressure increases by 0.5–1 bar from the initial level. For deep cleaning, they are soaked in a special cartridge cleaning solution. Replacement is needed when the material wears out and rinsing no longer restores the initial pressure.
