The Pentair Clean & Clear Plus 420 is a quad-cartridge filter designed for maximum filtration area and extended service intervals. Its four cartridges, instead of a single one, increase the filtration area to 420 sq ft (≈39 m²), ensuring superior dirt retention and less frequent cleaning compared to single-cartridge filters. The body is made of fiberglass-reinforced polypropylene in a unibody construction, making it strong, corrosion-resistant, and stable. It is certified to NSF/ANSI 50 standards.
