ATHENA AT-AM3 Dosing Pump — Digital pH and Rx Control with Increased Capacity

ATHENA AT-AM3 is a professional digital diaphragm dosing pump with a proportional capacity of 16 l/h for precise automatic injection of chemical reagents into water treatment systems and medium to large-volume pools. The built-in pH/Rx controller provides continuous monitoring of chemical balance with automatic and manual calibration capabilities. Compared to the younger AT-AM2 model, the AT-AM3 offers twice the capacity while maintaining the same dimensions.


Control Functions

The pump supports proportional dosing and is equipped with a "Delayed Start Timer" function — allowing you to set a delay for the start of dosing after the pump is activated, to stabilize water chemical parameters. Additionally, it features: an output for external fault alarms, remote start/stop control, an input for a temperature sensor, and support for a flow level sensor.

How does AT-AM3 differ from AT-AM2?

The main difference is performance: the AT-AM3 delivers 16 l/h compared to the AT-AM2's 8 l/h, and also has a higher pulse frequency – 300 vs. 160 pulses/min, and a larger pulse volume – 1.0 ml vs. 0.83 ml. The power of the AT-AM3 is 40 W vs. 20 W. The dimensions and 4/6 mm connections are the same. The AT-AM3 is suitable for systems with higher dosing performance requirements.

Which reagents is the pump suitable for?

Thanks to the PVDF casing, Teflon diaphragm (PTFE), FPM gaskets, and ceramic valves, the pump is compatible with most liquid chemical reagents for water treatment — acids for pH correction, liquid chlorine, hydrogen peroxide, and other aggressive substances. We recommend checking the compatibility of a specific reagent with the pump's materials before use.

Can the pump be connected to the pool automation system?

Yes. The pump supports 4–20 mA input for integration with external automation and SCADA systems, has a remote start/stop control output and a fault alarm output. An input for a temperature sensor and support for a flow level sensor are also provided.
