The TYP 7010 filter system is a filter tank with high filtration performance, minimizing the need for chemical water treatment. It is made of high-quality fiberglass-reinforced plastic with a PVC liner in the cylindrical shell area. It is equipped with hydrolysis-protected and self-ventilating nozzle openings, which are mounted in a plastic nozzle plate. On the upper dome, four V2A eye bolts are firmly cast for crane transport, and separable filter tanks with local lamination. The cylindrical shell has an additional thermoplastic liner connected to the load-bearing laminated plastic. This guarantees absolute wear resistance to the filter medium. Replaceable nozzle openings are installed in a plastic plate with tubular nozzles to create an air cushion. The nozzle plate support consists of a solid 60 mm diameter PVC rod and support tubes. The nozzle plate is connected to the edge of the lower dome. The upper and lower domes are box-shaped.
