Frequently Asked Questions
Can the F-300 be installed on any pipe?
No, the model is designed only for horizontal pipes in a vertical position (at the "12 o'clock" mark on top).
Can the flow meter be placed near bends or valves?
For accurate readings, a straight section of pipe is required: its length before the flow meter should be no less than the nominal pipe diameter, and after — twice the nominal diameter.
Is it compatible with old pipes?
Yes, this is the main advantage of the design. You simply drill a hole in the already assembled plastic pipe and secure the sensor with the included clamps.
