Aeromassage Nozzle 1/2" for Liner Pools

The 1/2" aeromassage nozzle for liner pools is an aeromassage nozzle designed for film-lined pools to supply air to the pool's aeromassage system. It helps create an intense air-bubble flow in the water and is used in private pools, SPA zones, water parks, and water attractions. Key parameters of the model include: connection: G 1/2" MNPT; water flow: 1 m³/h; dimensions: 48x48x55 mm.

Advantages

  • suitable for creating a geyser, pearl bath, or aeromassage zone in a pool
  • stainless steel body provides moisture resistance and long service life
  • compact design facilitates installation in the appropriate type of pool lining

Recommended for aeromassage systems that require pinpoint air delivery through a nozzle with a precise connection.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does a 1/2" film nozzle differ from a flat fan nozzle (AC 04.101)?

The film version has an extended body — 55 mm deep compared to 28 mm in the tile version, and a larger volume of 0.13 dm³ versus 0.06 dm³. The extended fit ensures reliable mounting through the film lining. The G 1/2" HP connection and flow rate of 1 m³/h are the same in both versions.

How is this nozzle different from the 3/4" film nozzle (AC 04.110)?

Both have the same dimensions of 48×48×55 mm and a deep mount for liner pools. The difference lies in the connection diameter and flow rate: 1/2" with a flow rate of 1 m³/h versus 3/4" with a flow rate of 1.5 m³/h. The 1/2" nozzle is suitable for systems with thinner pipes or when a lower flow rate per point is required.

Which material option to choose — AISI 304 or AISI 316L?

AISI 304 is suitable for most standard pools with chlorinated water. AISI 316L with molybdenum is recommended for saltwater pools and commercial facilities with heavy use where maximum durability and corrosion resistance are required.
