Frequently Asked Questions
What is a parameter strip?
It is a plastic ruler with a color scale printed on it, which is inserted into the FlexiTester. It provides an accurate comparison of the water sample's color with reference values.
What parameters can be measured?
The FlexiTester supports the determination of more than 36 different indicators (chlorine, pH, alkalinity, hardness, cyanuric acid, iron, etc.). Each parameter requires its own strip and corresponding reagent (tablets).
How to use a parameter strip?
Insert the required parameter strip into the tester body. Draw water into the tester's cuvettes and add the appropriate reagent. Move the ruler up/down until the color in the window matches the color of the water sample. Read the value from the strip.
