The Pentair Clean & Clear Plus 520 is the largest model in the cartridge filter series, featuring four cartridges and a maximum filtration area of 520 ft² (≈48 m²). The increased filtration area compared to the CCP420 allows for higher dirt retention and even longer intervals between cleanings. The body is made of fiberglass-reinforced polypropylene in a unibody design — durable, corrosion-resistant, and stable. Certified to NSF/ANSI 50 standard. 2" connections for maximum flow.

How to Maintain a Clean & Clear Plus Filter?

To access the cartridges, simply loosen the circular clamp and remove the top half of the housing without tools. The cartridges are rinsed with a hose and put back in place. Continuous internal air bleeding prevents air accumulation and maintains peak filtration efficiency.
