Frequently Asked Questions

For what volume of pool is a 1250 mm filter suitable?

The ATS FLT006 filter, with a capacity of up to 61 m³/h, is suitable for commercial pools with a volume of up to 300–490 m³ with a standard filtration cycle of 6–8 hours per day. An optimal choice for large hotel and sports pools.

What is a flange connection and why is it needed?

A flange connection is a pipe joint made with a flat flange and bolted fastenings. It provides a hermetic and reliable connection at high flow rates and pressures – critically important for large-diameter commercial filters. A flange connection is significantly more reliable than a threaded connection for diameters from D90 mm.

Why aren't the pressure gauge and valve included in the set?

Large-diameter commercial filters are installed in complex water treatment systems where valves and pressure gauges are selected individually for each project — the type, size, and configuration of the valve depend on the specific connection scheme. We recommend contacting a manager to select the appropriate equipment.
