Airflow regulator stainless steel

AISI 304 Air Flow Regulator — Air Injector for Pool Hydromassage Nozzles

AISI 304 stainless steel air flow regulator for hydromassage systems in swimming pools, water parks, and water attractions. It acts as an injector — mixing air into the water jet passing through the hydromassage nozzles, allowing adjustment of the jet's softness and the intensity of the massage effect. The more air supplied to the flow, the softer and gentler the massage; the less air, the more intense and pinpoint the effect.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where is the air flow regulator installed in a hydromassage system?

The regulator is installed on the air line before the hydromassage jets — between the air blower or compressor and the jets. The G 3/4" HP threaded connection allows for easy integration into an existing air supply system.

How does the regulator change the massage effect?

The regulator doses the amount of air mixed into the water jet. At maximum air supply, the jet becomes soft and diffused – a gentle, relaxing massage. At minimum air supply, the jet is concentrated and intense – a spot massage to relieve muscle tension. This allows everyone to choose a comfortable mode without changing the pump power.

Is a separate regulator needed for each nozzle?

Usually, one regulator is installed on the main air line and controls the air supply to the entire group of nozzles simultaneously. For individual regulation of each nozzle separately, additional regulators are required on the pipeline branches.
