Frequently Asked Questions

How does the Prowler RC app work?

The free Prowler RC app (App Store and Google Play) connects to the robot via Bluetooth and allows you to register the device online, control the robot remotely, activate cleaning programs, and set a timer. The spot control function allows you to direct the robot to a specific corner of the pool.

How does Prowler P20 differ from P10?

The P20 cleans the bottom, walls, and waterline, while the P10 only cleans the bottom. The P20 features dual-layer filtration, a longer 16m cable compared to 12m, three cleaning cycles instead of one, a filter full indicator, and app control. It is suitable for larger pools – up to 70 m² versus 30 m² for the P10.

Should I turn off the filter pump when the robot is working?

No. The Prowler P20 is powered by an independent low-voltage power supply and does not connect to the pool's circulation system. The robot and the pump can operate simultaneously without affecting each other.
