Tension Roller Post AISI 304/316L — False Start and Turn Indicator Post for Sports Pools

Stainless steel tension roller post for attaching false start and turn indicators in sports pools, water parks, and water attractions. Unlike the post with a loop (AC 11.120), this model is equipped with a tension roller for adjusting the tension of the indicator cable. The number of indicators and the cable length are selected individually during the design phase. Installation requires an anchor with tightening bolts AC 11.090. Suitable for tiled and lined pools. Available in AISI 304 and AISI 316L options.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does a stand with a tension roller differ from a stand with a loop (AC 11.120)?

Both stands are designed for mounting false start and turnaround indicators and have similar dimensions — 1975×66 mm vs. 2022×92 mm for AS 11.120. The key difference is that the tension roller allows adjusting the cable tension of the indicators without disassembling the stand, while the stand with a loop has a fixed mount. The choice depends on project requirements.

What anchor is needed to install the post?

For the installation of the AS 11.130 stand, an anchor with tensioning bolts AS 11.090 (AISI 304) or AS 11.090/L (AISI 316L) is required. The anchor is embedded in the pool shell during construction — it is important to plan its location during the design phase.

Which material to choose—AISI 304 or AISI 316L?

AISI 304 is suitable for most standard chlorinated pools and is a more affordable option. AISI 316L with molybdenum is recommended for saltwater pools and high-traffic commercial facilities where maximum corrosion resistance is required.
