The TYP 7010 filtration unit is a filter tank with high filtration performance, minimizing the need for chemical water treatment. It is made of high-quality fiberglass-reinforced plastic with a PVC liner in the cylindrical shell area. It is equipped with hydrolysis-protected and self-ventilated nozzle openings, which are mounted in a plastic nozzle base. On the upper bottom, four V2A spacer bolts with eye nuts for crane transport and detachable filter tanks with local lamination are firmly cast. The cylindrical shell has additional thermoplastic lining connected to the load-bearing layered plastic. This guarantees absolute wear resistance to the filter medium. Replaceable nozzle openings are installed in a plastic plate with tubular nozzles to create an air cushion. The nozzle plate support consists of a solid 60 mm diameter PVC rod and support tubes. The nozzle plate is connected to the edge of the lower bottom. The upper and lower bottoms are domed.
