The Bowman heat exchanger is manufactured with stainless steel tubes and bronze end caps. The product is easy to maintain, as the end cap and tube bundles can be easily dismantled for cleaning, which is a unique feature of Bowman designs. Heat exchangers of this series can also be used for cooling pools in hot climates. In this case, water from the cooling heat exchanger is passed through the heat exchanger tubes instead of water from a boiler or solar panels, which is used for heating pools.

Note: heat exchangers with stainless steel tubes should not be used in pools with saltwater chlorinators.

How is this heat exchanger designed?
The design works on the principle of a tube within a tube. Inside a strong cylindrical body, there is a bundle of many thin tubes. Hot water from the boiler flows through some tubes (primary circuit), while pool water flows around them (secondary circuit), absorbing heat.

Why does the water in it heat up faster than in similar products?
Bowman uses a larger number of heat exchange tubes inside the body than many other manufacturers. This increases the contact area between the two media, so the pool heats up significantly faster, saving you money.
